first_imgDonegal manager Jim McGuinness will allow his players to savour making history for 48 hours – and then it’s back to training for the All-Ireland quarter final.Said Jim after the game: “It was quite a battle in the first half and we made too many unforced errors.“But to be a point up after playing against the breeze wasn’t a bad place to be at half time.” He continued: “The goal in the second half was crucial and the fact we tagged on a point almost immediately afterwards probably secured the win for us.“But it’s only the end of one championship and the start of another one for us.
